The very last time !!!
Dear Ibisring-members,
In the past we successfully sold baskets and we want to repeat this sale for the very last time. There will be no more deliveries in the future, so please order enough baskets (no resellers).
The basket has following qualities and characteristics:
- it is made of durable European willow.
- measurements of the basket: 40 cm at the top; the bottom
- measures 25 cm which makes the edge less steep than the previous baskets.
- The target price, depending on transport, will be 5 to 6 euro.

You will be able to collect your orders at Avivaria (Heksenberg, Hasselt) at the trade fairs on Saturdays or by making an appointment.

Ibisring will have a stand in the Aviornis Korhaan Exhibition in Geel, 5 and 6 november.
Should you have any pictures of ibises, kindly forward them to the following e-mail address: Kevin@ibisring.org.
During the exhibition the pictures will be shown in a continuous projection.

The Ibis day(s) 2011 will take place in the weekend of October 15th and 16th, 2011 at Walsrode Bird park.
The agenda
Saturday
- We will drive in small groups to the Bird park which we will hope to reach by noon.
- Check-in at the cash desk (entrance fee is included).
- Possibility to have lunch at the “Rosenhof”, where we will get together.
- In the afternoon guided tour with the biologists (focused on ibises and related bird species).
- Partially spend leisure time in the Park until closing hour.
- Dinner (included) at the Rozenhof.
- Quiz: world championship “ibis expert 2011” Walsrode.
- Presentation: ibises in Walsrode in the past, the present and the future.
- Possibility to exchange experiences and have a late drink
- Stay the night - Accommodation (included) at the Luise Hotel (opposite the Park).
Sunday
- Breakfast (included).
- “Ibisring” meeting in the Park you can except among other things a lecture about … ibises.
- Possibility to pay a special visit to the park e.g. in connection with specific questions
- The rest of the day you can spend your time as you please.

We would like to invite you to our annual ibisday, that will take place on SATURDAY, 16 October 2010, in the Stoopschaarweg nr 4 at Elburg Netherlands
It is a co-organization with Regio Zwolle, Aviornis International Netherlands.
After the ibiscake at 10, the program includes:
- a presentation on the hand-rearing of ibises,
- some explanation on the ibis folder,
- a tour in the enormous bird collection of Mr L. Zwep,
- a nice meal,
- coffee and cakes in the afternoon.
We will also have a small gambling game, where you can win a lot of zoo tickets and gifts by our sponsors.
That day will also be a good occasion to buy the book on Australian white ibis, missing pages from your ibisbook, etc
Participation will cost only 5 euro, meal and all included except extra drinks. You can pay at the entrance, but we do need your inscription BEFOREHAND.

Subscription will be closed on Monday, 11 October 2010.
